Reflections from Retreat With Mind Medicine Australia

Being a therapist it is important to do my own work. Part of that for me is delving into the unconscious and to do that in the most effective way, I need to remove myself from daily life and enter into a conducive environment.

And that’s where I find myself. With about 30 other like-minded people on the outskirts of Sydney.

Tomorrow, we will do a group Breathwork session using Holotropic Breathwork. Apparently, we will be breathing for about three hours. This is something I did about 16 years ago and had a profound experience.

I allow myself to step into tomorrow with no expectations.
