What is a chakra?
Chakra is a Sanskrit word, meaning wheel, they are essentially whirling vortices of energy, wheels that receives, assimilates, and expresses life force energy, feeding energy in and out of the body, like an energetic transfer. There are seven major ones emanating from the spinal column, into the etheric body (that part of us which can’t be touched, but is very real and can be felt by sensitive people and photographed in kirilan photography).
In very developed spiritual aspirants the chakras are strong and big, often in ill or unhappy people some or many of them will be small, blocked or collapsing.
Chakras are multidimensional doorways into a persons whole being, their physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. When the charkas are open and spinning, as they should be, people tend to be happy and healthy, when they are depleted and congested we tend to find the person is not so well or happy.
When the chakras are cleaned and opened one feels a sense of well-being, happiness, empowerment and often a lot of positivity and energy for life. In a healing with Jenny, this is her first port of call, to assist you in shifting what issues, thoughts, resentments and past life issues that may be blocking a chakra and to help it start functioning optimally again.
