How do you let your children know you love them? I ask! I ask if they feel loved. I say, “if you were to feel a little bit more loved by me today, what would happen, or what would I do?” Over the years, I have been surprised by the answers I get. They have included, you would bake me muffins, you would let me play more Xbox, you wouldn’t ask me to tidy my room, and you would tickle my back. This question works in relationships too!
