A Compassionate Review of YOUR 2020

Socrates in Plato’s Apology was credited with saying “An unexamined life is not worth living”. This is at the core of self-awareness.

At this time of the year, I like to do what I call a ‘Compassionate Review’, a kind examination of the year that has been.

Know that each year is different. If this year has been an especially hard, know that next year might be better. Each year brings with it different flavours.

Tomorrow we will be looking at aligning with our values for 2021 and discovering a ‘word’ to align with in 2021.

Wherever you are and whatever space you are in, so much love to you on your healing journey

Love, Jen
