9 Ways To Activate Your Feminine

As a mother, wife, friend, sister, daughter, daughter-in-law, aunt, and therapist, I can find myself buying into the energy of busyness and doing for days at a time. 

I have a regular meditation practice, and it saves my life every day. When I stop, slow down, and go into the deep emptiness that meditation brings, ideas come, inspiration, solutions to problems, deep relaxation and space. 🧘‍

This post has come directly from my meditation just now. I went quiet, started to do my mantra, and at the same time held the question in me about what to write. 

Finding an answer wasn’t the reason for the meditation. I was doing it anyway. I didn’t push; I was okay if nothing came. Still, I held it lightly as I meditated. 

Then it came…the busyness…so many of us with so many roles we are juggling, so many things that need to get done on a daily basis. 

Are we taking the time out regularly to be in our feminine? To activate the feminine gifts of intuition, creativity, music, art and receptivity?

There is a cultural pull to move more into the masculine energy of action, mind, doing, and whilst some of that is essential and wonderful, too much brings us out of balance.
